StepUp Analytics uses payment arrangements depending on the nature of the engagement.
For one-time projects, payment is usually structured as follows:
For ongoing services such as SEO or maintenance, payment is collected monthly in advance and governed by the relevant service agreement.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you cancel before any work has started, your deposit may be refunded at our discretion. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 5 business days of payment.
If you cancel after work has begun, the following terms apply:
We re-do the work until you are satisfied within the agreed project scope.
Following delivery, you have 14 calendar days to review the work and request revisions that fall within the original scope.
The following third-party or pass-through costs are non-refundable in all circumstances:

We aim to resolve concerns directly and amicably. If you are unhappy with our response, you may use relevant Dutch or EU dispute-resolution channels where applicable.
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks raised without prior communication may be contested.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Dutch law or applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
